Old Trappe Tavern was opened in February 2024 by Tom Mitchell. The owner of Momma Maria’s and The Coffee Trappe, Tom opened OTT because he wanted a place where everyone could get a cold pint, a great bite to eat, and a welcoming atmosphere regardless of the time of day. He also wanted an atmosphere that honored the beautiful town of Trappe, the Eastern Shore, and the great State of Maryland’s culture.
Nestled between Easton and Cambridge, the tavern shares its home with Coffee Trappe in the former State Bank Of Trappe building along Trappe’s Main St. Our belief in the power of culinary evolution and unparalleled customer service drives our staff.
